Personal trainer, boxing and fitness coach, inspirational speaker and part time actor currently living on the Gold Coast of Australia. I specialize in teaching old school boxing techniques for fitness, health and fun. I enjoy training people from all walks of life, a broad range of ages (from 9 to 90) and varying fitness levels. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned athlete, have what you think might be a disability or you're a newcomer to the sport, the training we do together will help you feel more supple, more alert, more focused, more coordinated and more alive than you've probably ever felt in your life. At the very least it will uplift your spirits, improve your general wellbeing and emotional disposition ... and hey, if I don't make you laugh more than once - your session will be free.

When going through certain challenges, rough spots or even brilliant triumphs in my life, I’ve often felt┬áthe impulse to write poetry to more clearly express innermost thoughts and feelings that I wasn’t able to say out loud at the time.

These have resonated with so many people, my web designer, photographer and very good friend LiZzi suggested we compile them into a soft cover photo book and downloadable PDF for other people to enjoy as well. Not only did she suggest it, but she took hours trying to make sense of my scruffy handwriting and then created digital copies of the lot.

VIDEO – Sam Blyth And Tye Blyth Training Promo

Father and son are inspired to a spontaneous pad work session over the Christmas holidays in the back garage – 2010. Sam had 72 fights as a senior boxer, won the amateur Australian title in 2009 light-heavy weight division, in 2011 also won the Australian heavy weight title campaign at a weight of only 84 kilos (Melbourne), has a professional boxing licence and partakes in professional MMA and Combat 8. Sam was trained by his dad as a kid, but he attributes all the hard work to Sean Nash from Balga Boxing Club (Western Australia).
